BRADY was contacted by Vista Irrigation District regarding a serious structural issue with one of their critical 5.0 MG prestressed concrete reservoirs constructed in 1961. Following BRADY’s evaluation of the structural integrity of the 55 year old reservoir, BRADY developed a restoration plan that BRADY will perform under a sole source contract as the General Contractor and Designer of Record for $3,490,000, with the primary purpose to return this reservoir to service as soon as possible.
