BRADY, a regionally recognized municipal and utility consulting engineering firm, has an opening for an energetic and self-starting young engineer(s). Candidates should have a BS in civil engineering and 2 to 5 years of practical work experience. Experience specifically in structural engineering is desired, as is an understanding of structural building codes. Experience levels outside of the desired range, including entry level, will be considered based upon other qualifications such an advanced degree in structural engineering. Candidates are not required to have a professional engineering (PE) license in civil engineering, but preferably are in the process of obtaining the PE license.
The position will work on a variety of municipal and utility projects in Southern California. It is an outstanding opportunity for work directly with clients, and the position includes management of tasks and small projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, with solid communication skills, and will be looking for an opportunity to manage work and clients.
