President
Mr. Dull serves as President of BRADY. His previous experience includes serving as Western Region Program and Construction Management Practice Leader for Louis Berger, a Top Ten ENR firm. He has provided Engineering and Consulting services in San Diego and around the Western United States for more than 30 years. He is an accomplished Engineer and Construction Manager with experience on a long list of critical infrastructure projects as well as professional papers and presentations. Mr. Dull is a Registered Civil Engineer in California and Nevada.
